A: We ship from our international warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable shipping for all customers.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If it is past that time, you can still return the order for a full refund once it is received.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders will be shipped the following business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

A: For standard shipping, allow 1-3 business days for processing, and shipping will take between 7-12 business days, depending on your location.

A: If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

A: Our prices are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be applied once your order reaches its destination. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
